Completed Projects
ALPAS I
San Jose del Monte, Bulacan with 546 dwelling units across 26 three-storey buildings. The project was completed in 18 months (2014–2017).
One of GBCCGI’s earliest large-scale undertakings, built in partnership with the Aniban para sa Lehitimong Paninirahan Ligtas sa Sakuna (ALPAS) Homeowners’ Association. All 546 units are now fully occupied by their member-beneficiaries.
SMP Housing Project
Barangay Muzon, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan with 800 housing units across a 4.5-hectare development. The project was startedon 2017 and completed in 2019.
A large-scale residential community built to serve hundreds of Filipino families. The Samahan ng Maralitang Pilipino (SMP) project remains one of GBCCGI’s most significant completed developments to date.

AMC Housing Cooperative
Bagumbong, Caloocan City.
303 dwelling units across 11 buildings and funded by the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC).
Currently underway, Alyansa ng Mamamayan sa Caloocan (AMC) Housing Cooperative continues GBCCGI’s partnership with SHFC to deliver accessible, government-supported housing to Filipino families in Caloocan City.
Status: Under Construction.
ALPAS II Housing Project
Sitio Panaklayan, Barangay Muzon, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It comprises 24 3-storey buildings with 546 dwelling units.
Our continued partnership with SHFC helps bring affordable and quality housing to underprevileged Filipino families.

Behind every GBCCGI project is a fully-equipped fleet built for the job from payloaders and crawler excavators for groundwork, to skid loaders, bobcats, and mini dump trucks for site work, down to CHB-making machines and generator sets that keep every build running smoothly.
It’s this investment in real equipment, not just manpower, that lets GBCCGI deliver large-scale housing projects on time and to standard.
